1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

  • Products altered or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Products returned after the return window has expired

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Reason for return

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be requested to ship the product back.

5. Refund Process

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customers will be required to share accurate bank details for refund processing.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective or incorrect.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Lavender Looks by Ashree reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests based on product inspection and policy compliance
